This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for memberships and one-time purchases at Evolve University, operated by Evolving Legacy LLC, doing business as Evolve University. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Memberships
This section applies to every paid membership: Tools, Pro, Operator, and Inner Circle, monthly and annual.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your billing page. When you cancel, future renewals stop and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period, except where required by law.
If a renewal was charged in error, or you believe there is a billing mistake, contact us within 30 days and we will review it and make it right.
Annual plans (Tools Annual, Pro Annual, and Operator Annual) renew automatically each year. We email a reminder 30 to 60 days before the renewal with the date, the price, and how to cancel. To avoid the next charge, cancel in Manage Billing on your billing page before the renewal date. If an annual renewal was charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.
2. One-time digital products
Templates, practice packs, printable tools, and certifications are digital products delivered immediately. Because they are delivered and accessible right away, all sales are final and these purchases are non-refundable once you have accessed or downloaded them. If a download is broken or you were charged for something you did not receive, contact us and we will fix it or refund it.
3. How to cancel or request a refund
Cancel a membership from the billing page in your account. For a refund request or a billing question, email platform@evolveuniversity.ai with your account email and what you purchased. We aim to respond within a few business days.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We would rather resolve any issue directly and quickly.
